Which of your favourite bloggers do monthly earning reports?

I know you said, "favourite" but the people I read don't seem to have income reports, at least that I could find.

That being said, here is one from Pat Flynn. He is not one of my favourites but I think that there are a lot of people we can learn and get inspired from, whether they are or not.

Something to note is that his totals include sales of various affiliate products, site advertising and adsense.
