No not a football team but I do have it on the side of a classic touring car.
In a back paying sponsoring deal. ie the cars owner is helping me with free advertising untill my site gets into profit. then the deal is I sponsor his car..
I sponsor 3 teams at our local club (1st XV, Under 12's Under8/9's, but I don't have my company name on there as I keep my work and fun it separate (I run the mini & junior rugby section (ages 8-17), and coach the under 8's & U9's. Why do you ask?
Sponsorship of any kind has to give the sponsor some return. Are you thinking of sponsoring a football team gkd_uk ?
How much do you spend for the return in new business ? Sponsoring has to be looked at in the long term, it's not a quick fix.
