I have a virtual machine/computer with t2. micro instance type and Windows 10 operating system. I would like to share this Virtual machine with my freelancers who live in different parts of the world. Below are the questions:
1. What should I share with the other freelancers?
2. Can I create custom username and password and I still have the ability to delete their accounts If they don't work for me anymore?
3. Can more than 2 people access this instance at the same time?

An easy way for you to manage multiple clients on a Windows Virtual Machine is to use a control panel, like Plesk. Here are some instructions for installing Plesk on your Windows EC2 instance:
How to deploy Plesk on the Amazon EC2 service

Once you have Plesk installed, you can easily share your VM with anyone you wish by giving them their own account within Plesk. Plesk also makes many aspects of managing your windows server easier and more user friendly.

I've had the opportunity to personally meet some of the people behind Plesk at HostinngCon, and they're good people. =)

Hope this helps.
