Ad Networks: Where to put banners?

Hi all!

So maybe things have changed since I was doing mobile CPA back in 2015, but I've been using Popads, popcash, propeller ads, and such, but I can't seem to find a place to put the banners...any info/advice?

Pops are actually a banner in and of themselves. They lead to your landing page or to the offer when direct linking.

Interesting...so what is that the user sees? I tried testing out the test links using a VPN with an IP address of the location the offer is for, but I got nothing. Also, thanks for your answer! It totally makes more sense now.
