What would be the best network to start with?

Commision Junction is only accepting US,CA,UK affiliates.

This is absolutely WRONG. I'm Bulgarian, I live in South-East Europe and CJ sends me money every month directly to my local bank account.

On the question "What would be the best network to start with?" my answer is:

CJ has 3 times more Pay Per Call offers than any other network. I make good profits with one of their offers for a year ago. Average payouts are not so high as Rex Connects and Direct Calls (XY7).
Rex Connect has high payout offers so you can just take one and start with it.
I was never accepted to LinkShare so I can't say nothing about their network.
XY7 just sent me money via PayPal, so they are proved to pay too.

Google Affiliate Network has Pay Per Call offers too, but they don't convert well and their list is short.

Ask yourself where would you search for a phone number of a company or service... well, now you have the answer of your previous question

Good list, some to add:

Sponsormob (mobile only)
TradeDoubler (Europe)
Affiliate Window (UK)
buy.at (US)
Zanox (Europe)
Daisycon (NL)
Adtraction (SE)

In addition, our company is building an exchange for call advertising, you are welcomed to sign-up for the pilot at freespee (dot) com (slash) marketplace

Best,
Juhani

This is the best way to track down pay per call offers:

Ring revenue

It's the technology most use. Look under the 'partners' section.
