Website/Webpage - Index/Crawl Issue

Hi Guys, Website is not indexing, what is the reason and why? In SEO point of you, On page and Off page i am doing correctly/perfectly. Website is one year old and till now it is not indexing. Any suggestions or how to solve this issue. help me friends :( Thanks :affiliatefix:
