i sent an email to abovealloffers with an issue about tracking cpa offer but Am is not responding any body have experienced this issue

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
