Lotus Notes:Cannot Allocate Space

Greetings! I get the folowing error when i open Lotus Notes file : Cannot Allocate Space What does this error mean? Please advise me something for recovery Lotus Notes?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
