Affiliate linking with Microsoft (Bing) direct ads

Anyone have trouble with getting their affiliate link added to your direct ad campaign on Microsoft Ads? I am having trouble with the adding my affiliate link to the "AD URL OPTIONS" Anyone know what I need to do? It says "FINAL URL MISMATCH"

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
