Cold mail open rate

Why my open mails rate is not so good? I'm selling subscriptions for stores and getting always 10-30% open rate, 7-10% click rate and in general I made only 1 conversion. I'm sending mails to stores from yellow pages & instagram stores profiles. How to improve? (I can send you also email...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
