What is the best audience to target on Facebook ads for bizopp offers

Hello guys, i have been using Facebook ads to promote my cpl bizopp offers but it hasn't been converting fine im almost fed up, can someone help suggest me which audience and age, is good to target when promoting bizopp offers

Cashnetwork is not easy to join they are very strict, they deny people alot, like it almost seems like they don't approve anybody, u don't need just a link, u also need something like a tutorial to help you know how to fill on the forms and answer the questions correctly so u can get more...
