Where did you check these rates, seems to be overpriced a bit for malaysia;) I would say 0.6-1.2 max on your target. My pricing tool shows these numbers.
As mentioned, all depend on program you want join. Some requires no approval, so you can start with them. Check some directory like offervault, they provide full info for tons of affiliate program.
