A dynamic keyword displays the keyword that the searcher types into Bing.
So if you put {KeyWord} in the ad title, if someone searches for 'Red Widgets' in Bing, your ad title will be 'Red Widgets' so the ad will be highly relevant to what they were searching for.

I've heard that it's best to bid on CPC instead of per impressions.
When bidding on CPC, how do you determine what bid to start with? Do you bid the recommended bid or decide the bid yourself?
Does FB ads require a tracking pixel on the vendors landing page to know what country the sale came from?
With other PPC networks, it isn't necessary to have a tracking pixel on the vendors lander. From what I've heard, it seems one is required.
I don't think that is what he's saying because he said that he now fullfills his journey without any blocking. If he wasn't paying the bill, then that wouldn't be the case.
