There's not really a method to catch every attempt at this. If people really know what they're doing, they can obscufate it easily.
That said, just simply looking for "http" in the HTML/JS will find *most* suspicious things.
We're also using actual browsers though, not some half-baked PhantomJS solution or something. We very rarely get cloaked. I'm always up for a friendly competition though if someone wants to test their cloaking abilities against our scrapers :).

We started seeing a few landing pages branded as Samsung start cropping up pretty regularly over at AdsXposed over the last few weeks. I wonder if they're yours ;).

The issue is that you can't use HTTrack to download the landing pages of experienced affiliate (the ones making big $$$), for several reasons. Some being:

It is possible they could include some javascript that could do things like this. I would suggest reading the javascript carefully, or simply removing the existing javascript (it's often not necessary), and then adding your own Javascript such as back redirects etc.
