Help!! Voluum Conversion Loss

Hello, It is very weird. My CPA Network show 16 Conversions. And Voluum only 7 Conversions which is huge different. I am using Zeropark as traffic source. Since some conversion is able to track, I think the setting is fine. I do not why this happen. It really affects my decision to backlist...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
