For a full-blown website with 50+ pages Wordpress is hard to beat. For smaller websites WP is just too much. Grav, Ghost or Octopress are better for these type of websites that you want to setup, create and manage quickly.- momentumtech

It looks like all of these landing page builders charge a premium. You could try using Mobirise which is a free responsive site builder that is very easy to use. Mautic is open source and provides a landing page feature. Template Stash also has some good landing pages.- momentumtech
