Facebook ads redirect landing page to the CPA offer

Hi guys, As Facebook ads does not let direct linking, is it possible to create a website or just use a domain name and redirect it to the CPA offer page ? Thanks

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
