In general submits are paying for email(or a bit more) but if you can make them work you can jump to higher paying offer like double page submit with giftcards, or trial offer giving away iphone. As a product we want to go into as many traffic sources as possible, to give users way to scan whole advertiser strategy. Everything between email submits and CPS offers. Email subs have really low payout it's hard to make them stable with that low margain which means waste of time :) if you can make submit work you can try with a lead gen in same niche ;) and have a better bottom line. Thanks,- johnnygood

Ideas in PPV targeting
This is good idea but try to think like user. You are on a dating website and you might be happy with using it. All of the sudden you get pop up with other dating website :P what would you do? Think how you could get convinced to check other website? Like more chicks there, easier to find some...- johnnygood

Trafficvance :) , but to really answer your question both are on similar level. Actually 50onRed has a bit better and friendly interface where LI is archaic and pain to work with.
