I haven't used them personally but I have heard a few people buying lots of AWS accounts to setup SES accounts on them as they do have good deliverability but the thing is they are very strict on what kind of stuff they allow and bounce rates, complaints etc. Many people get their account banned...
Here is something for email marketers. A small list of domains which provide temp email addresses. So they turn into traps real quick. I just blocked these whole domains so my server will automatically ignore all emails from these domains.
