    Hi Fred, You should just pick a CPA Network, request their top-performing white hat offers and start testing. If you have experience with Google Adwords, apply the same rules on FB too... Use a mindmap to create your own "roadmap". Mindmesiter.com is a great tool I like to use.

    CPI stands for cost-per-install - you get paid each time someone downloads a game or app. It is mostly mobile but you can find desktop CPI offers as well. You should sign up for CPA Networks such as Avazu or Glispa if you're looking for CPI offers.
