I have to warn you about getting your account flagged pretty soon if you attempt running sweeps on FB. Just be prepared with backup accounts if you're serious about running BH.
TBH I'd focus on a WH offer instead of running offers that are against FB's T&C.

If you have experience with Google Adwords, apply the same rules on FB too...
Use a mindmap to create your own "roadmap". Mindmesiter.com is a great tool I like to use.
CPI stands for cost-per-install - you get paid each time someone downloads a game or app. It is mostly mobile but you can find desktop CPI offers as well.
You should sign up for CPA Networks such as Avazu or Glispa if you're looking for CPI offers.

The vertical you're referring to is pure blackhat, be aware that FB is hunting on accounts running these type of ads/offers. I am not running offers in this vertical so I can't advise you on the best offer to run, however I can recommend checking out F5...
