Okay, straight to the questions: If I delete the goal, will the data be deleted? If Campaign A got some data for a goal, if I launch Campaign B using the same goal, will Campaign B be able to optimize using Campaign A’s data? I hope these make sense.- JeppyG

Yes, especially if you're not sending directly to the offer (which affiliates don't normally do), because you still have to factor in your bridge page's conversion rate.- JeppyG

I'm not sure what kind of ad you're running. But I'm used to running search ads going to my landing pages. And the answer depends on the EPC (earnings per offer click, not ad click).
