SEO - Two questions
1) Meta tags aren't as important as they once were considering meta-search engines don't even really exist anymore. Still, I always consider it to be a must have when writing pages and content. Allot of search engines will still grab and use your meta description so it's good to have in there...- fpforum

Not just backlinks...QUALITY backlinks. Specifically, backlinks from pages that already have PR and don't have a crap load of outbound links on them. You need to focus on quality backlinks and not quantity!- fpforum

How do YOU determine if a site will be a "high quality link"?
Not really that difficult. Just analyze the domain/page you'll be getting the link from. Obviously there are dozen of different tools out there to do this..But, be prepared to put in a little leg work :)- fpforum
