Don't waste you time with free backlink checkers. IMO the only good backlink checker right now is Ahrefs ( and even Ahrefs show around 25% -30% of all backlinks).- candygirl

As the other guys said - the quality of the domains is very important but IMO the quantity is also important. There is no way to rank on competitive keywords with links from only few domains ( no matter how authority they are).- candygirl

Which is the best way to promote my website?
What is you niche? Different niches have different channels for promotion. For example if you sell fragrance Facebook is a good place to promote. On the other hand if you offer local service - Google is the best bet ( Facebook doesn't work for that).- candygirl
