Need advice on how to sell database of 100,000 senior decision makers

Hi Guys, Would be very appreciative for any advice given. So I have a database of 100,000 senior decision makers all contained within an excel document, including: Email, full name, job title, company name, address, telephone number, SIC code and description. Thanks a lot

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
