I think what @Graybeard is getting at is you need data and lots of it, yiou need numbers so you can see clearly where conversions are coming from and where money is being wasted.
Are you able to use a tracker like Voluum or bemob?
That's a very interesting point Graybeard, I'm pretty sure I can filter campaigns that haven't had much traffic. That might help eliminate usless campaigns.
There is so much shady business going on with media buying it's hard to know who and what to trust sometimes. I remember the last time I...
So, after a couple of years of going head to head with Google, I've decided to give media buying another shot.
I've got myself a spytool and I'm digging in, but already I'm overwhelmed.
So generaly with a cpa offer when you guys run a campaign at what point do you begin to realize it's...
You have to consider your target audience, is a newbie affiliate marketer really going to want that book? With all the other "affiliate Marketing Secrets" books out there, what is it about yours that stands out? Also, you need a clear call to action.

In my opinion, you're much better off...
In recent months adsense have become very strict over what they accept from both publishers and advertisers. It's very likely the ads you mention got approved before they tighten the rules.
Google doesn't much like forex anyway, it's in a similar pigeon hole to pharma.
How much traffic does the site get?
Have you researched other poll sites to see how they monetize?
From what I can tell most of these types of sites are ad arbitrage, which can still make good money with organic traffic.
