Not exactly. I'm an admin on a developer forum, & as such have not had a problem finding good freelancers. What I mean is the good ones often don't last in freelancing, as they move onto careers. I've actually done quite a bit of work on Fiverr myself.- no2pencil

Their TOS can indicate by which methods they disallow, however they would have a difficult time proving proof of methods used to fetch...- no2pencil
