To all the affiliates ( Generally Speaking )
If you are genuine, do not fear or hesitate to take legal action. Send a legal notice or speak to your lawyer/attorney, no need to talk shit to anyone, just stay calm and think what you can do best to resolve it. Threatening with words does not work...
Well, few weeks ago, they made a big mistake with some false allegation against my traffic
Upon which, they have now apologized and the CEO of the company has made the payment
Full revenue paid via paypal.
Tina and Barry apologized for the mishaps!
Case closed!
Indeed, i am getting proposals from different company to join and i fear to join now and invest on them. Now, i will rather ask for security deposit to me, before i join other networks.
There are fraud affiliates and there are fraud networks too, one of them is XY7 and their elite-calls portal...
Well i had a feeling of not joining XY7 network as i read many bad reviews about them. But still thought to give a try as it is a US based network and i know, if they jack my off, i am going to SUE them big time, as i have already made a lot of savings and kept some money aside.
Well till now...
Yes fake affiliates should be kicked out from the network, they give a bad name to the real hard-worker. Success is not so easy to achieve. Yes, but i think i told earlier in a different post, some network they just banned the pubs and do not explain the reason of getting banned and will never...

And trust me, if some network takes away my money, i wont behave like you did, i will simply take legal action, you can even google it, whatever countries you live, how to step forward and take legal action against an...
Dude accept it you cheated them...If you have not then why the hell you did not go legal?

IF you are honest, you will fight for the justice.
but i one thing i really dislike, is that in this situation, if the affiliate has generated fake traffic or leads, it is better to be transparent, rather than telling the affiliate that he will get paid, if the company has the authentic proof then the affiliate has the rights to know what has...
No wonder, champ did not have guts to go legal and sue the company, because he knew he is the defaulter here. Affiliates like him gives a bad reputation to all of us who works really hard to stand in the industry. Short cut and greed nevers pays.
I mentioned in his post, that a reputed network...
You need to hire a laywer, a good lawyer, not a cheap lawyer outside the court please...
Now i have a lawyer, actually i have hired him for my work related stuff, and i do pay him good amount, but i never gave him any work unless any personal problem.
So i asked him, thinking about your...
@Champ: you gotta wait for huge payment, because the advertiser needs to verify your leads if they are genuine or not and it takes time, irrespective of payment terms, if the advertiser does not issue the money to the network , they cant just pay you, the leads needs to be verified for big payments.
