Whats harder, getting leads or selling leads?

This is coming from an extremely biased perspective since I just do sales for a Data/Lead gen company that provides the leads for me to sell. A little background of why I think this way though, I got into this recently because a friend who owns call centers decided to start selling leads...

I think he means (more)"aged data" when he is saying "old leads".
