Feeder traffic

What are your guys opinions on having feeder traffic and converting that with dating/webcams offers ? Or is feeder traffic only good for traffic trades and building up traffic for a site ?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
