    Can you elaborate more on 3. Always pick a offer that has lowest epc in your network? Usually people will go for the highest EPC..are you going for lowest EPC because that means there's less competition?

    Decisive No conversions

    Try split testing with a LP. Sometimes you need that LP to push/entice the user into converting. It also depends on the offer page if you're direct linking. If the offer page doesn't really say much, then the user has no reason to convert.

    Hey, I don't know what happened but I emailed them and told them that I'm running a non-english campaign. I told them what my ad text meant in English, and the next thing I knew, they approved my campaign to run. You could give it a try and see if that works for you
