Agree with the rest of the comments here. There is a lot of cheap shared hosting that also provide a free domain. Otherwise if you feel this is too technical for you then you could always try building your own squidoo lens or hub page. Hope that helps.
There is never one rule that applies to all in affiliate marketing.
It depends on your audience and product, in some cases i've seen the brash hype method work really well and in others it just hampers the brand more than anything.
Hey,
I'm an affiliate manager at HMA. Use to be an affiliate publisher before, now gone over to the other side so I can be in a position to help affiliates with their campaigns. Look forward to talking to other 5* affiliate members :)

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
