How would you go about generating traffic for a Broadband Comparison site?

I run an affiliate site - {link removed}. We are looking for alternative ways of generating traffic other than SEO/PPC. It's obviously hard when you're not an established brand like MoneySuperMarket or uSwitch. Can anyone suggest any other ideas about how we can go about generating press/buzz...
