I am a Dojo member. How come the Dojo member icon doesn't show up above my profile. Weird. Can you point me in some direction to get started for CPA?

Where to Find CPA Guide in the Dojo?

I have read the newbie guide and just joined the Dojo to learn how to setup my first CPA campaign. However I can't find any guide to help me get started with CPA. I am also interested to read some case study on CPA in the Dojo but can't find any. Can anyone point the link to get the following 2...
