The simplest way is to download Open Office (which is free) and write it up in there. You can then lay it out however you like and insert links and all that then Open office has a built in PDF converter you can use to save it as an ebook.
There are many sites similar to squidoo and hubpages. Some are Wetpaint, Wikispaces, Google Knol etc. As for which is better. Squidoo used to be arguably Google's favorite but, recently squidoo is not ranking as well as it once did. In my experience Hubpages is ranking better than squidoo now.
Also, pinging your site with a service like Pingler.com works well. I have used this in combination with social bookmarking to get indexed in hours, especially with hubpages)
Do you have a website yet? If you dont' have a site yet it will be hard to get accepted anywhere. Also they want to hear from you that you know how to promote the products.
I have only used Instant Squeeze Page generator and it works pretty well but, the easiest way is to get a template and just put your own sales copy and Optin code into the template.
Interesting piece of information. I was reading the comments below and one of them stated that removing the no follow tag hurt his site. Has anyone tried it yet?
You are on the right track. Most companies want you to already have a site that's related to their product. Or at least, they want to know your plan for creating the site and how they will be featured.
I definitely squidoo. It is a major part of my backlinking model. As stated above, they don't hold the power they once did but, they are still popular and can supply good backlink juice and traffic if you do it right.
Well after experimenting last night. It's definitely an interesting tool. I'm not too sure about some of the keywords it recommended for my sites but, it does make you think a little deeper. Definitely worth checking out.
I'm going to stick with one i found right here. It's called Affiliate Classroom. It was recommended by Linda and it's a $1 trial. I'm not going to post the link but i'm sure linda will be by shortly to do that. I tried it and it's great. You'll learn a lot.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good landing page building program? I have seen programs like SBI but, i don't need hosting. Just looking for a quicker way to setup some simple landing pages or review sites.
Julie,
I would follow linda's advice. You may want to hold up on Adwords with this idea. I don't believe they accept affiliate links on your ads, but larry probably would be more knowledgable as i tend to concentrate of free traffic methods.
