Which is better, bum marketing or PPC? Please if you can, list the pros and cons of each, and when I begin making sales and have the option of PPC, I will know which route to take beforehand.

Hey, I'm new to the whole Internet Affiliate Marketing scene, and I'd really appreciate it if somebody could help me get started... Explain to me what Affiliate Marketing really is, and how I could think to start? Thanks! :o
