MySQL and data feeds

Do all the free ipc data feeds require a mySQL on a server? Saw templates for fast launch on portal sites aswell Please help provide me with knowledge on this subject so I can get busy on this tonight. Thanks Much!

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
