Facebook, twitter, and Google+. Facebook does the best though. I think the fact that fans can have conversations with you directly helps a lot. As long as your posts are interesting though any high traffic social media site should work well.
I check the PR before anything else, it's not the best but it is something to go by. Then I check the activity of the site itself. If it has little to no activity in the comments section I usually don't post my links. I would also not use anything that shows up on link exchange sites since they...
If I had to choose between these two and only these two it would be swagbucks. They award you for searches, watching videos, and even give you points when you do not qualify for surveys. CashCrate is a standard GPT site, just one that tends to credit more often than others. I have the swagbucks...

I would only sell if the price was higher than what I paid for it. Otherwise I like to sit on them and put ad.ly ads or something like that on them for anyone who may happens across them. No sense in selling if I'm just going to break even or lose money.
Do these leads convert though? Thousands of followers isn't very good if they never click through like Ptc site traffic. It looks like a traffic exchange or getref type site but focused on social media. I'd love to know what kind of conversion rate your getting with something like this.
I think HTML5 hands down is the best new technology since you can essentially cut out the flash requirement for most things. It makes it a lot easier to view things like video sites on mobile devices and for people who do not want to install flash. I wonder how Adobe feels about people moving on...
