Basically, the main things you should always take note of when building a website are where the H1,H2 & H3 tags appear in the html code.
For onsite SEO, the H tags are one of the most important aspects!
One other thing, dont use flash!
looks like a decent design, although i'd suggest you put in a 300x250 add on the side instead of your 468x60 one in the middle - worked for me on my adsense site!
