looking for web designer?

Hi there i am new to these forumns, hope i am not in the wrong section my website is I got it made by some guy, as you can see he did a really bad job of it. I will accept all the reviews but the reason i came on here was that i need some one to redesign it for me so it looks more professional...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
