How to Install/update joomla and extensions fastest?

Sometimes, I'm annoyed when updating Joomla extensions is failed and I don't know why. Are there any way to update them fastest and success in the first time?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
