    What do you mean by advanced? There are several steps in SEO work starting from keyword analysis (KEI index for example), site optimisation, link building, monitoring and analytics. For somebody SEO can be writing metatags, for someones just copying your keywords to page titles, etc... But...

    Why did you pay advance at all? SEO work isn't something that needs some advance payments. Alternativly you could have used some freelancers in eLance for example. eLance have very nice escrow system.

    It does not calculate only backlinks to your site but takes the amount of backlinks to the sites that are linking to you and then backlinks to those sites, etc.

    1. Your site must have RSS feed 2. You need to participate Google Newsfeed program (check Google for terms and conditions as Im unable to post direct link here???) They will review your site.
