    Forums as the vast majority of blogs are either nofollow or don't allow you to use keywords in your comments. Directory Submission (only to high PR valuable ones). Social bookmarking (it's easy and only a few sites are valuable)

    You missed nofollow - links that have a rel="nofollow" tag that tell the search engines to ignore and thus not pass pagerank or any value to that link dofollow - link that do not have a rel="nofollow" tag and thus pass full link value to the page they link to.
