yes you can make an xml file and put it in your main file...(in your hosting)
but i am not so sure of how things workk.. so even i would like to know more about it
Tags according to me is one of the most important thing for a blog.. it gives clarity and helps your visitors to get what they really want..
You dont want a visitor to come to your blog wander around and then leave.. you want ur visitors stay to be long and happy!!!!!!!

now your content can be of 2 lines or of 200... if you are able to keep them interested.. i guess even 200 lines will be less...
