I would go for hosting the well established .com on a UK located server. By far the best result and risk free. Domain Name changes should always be avoided unless there is a compelling reason for it and there is no sensible alternative.
In my experience and I've done a fair few CSS conversions, this is not a process that can be automated. I think you will need to pay someone to do the job for you or better still, spend a bit of time learning CSS (it's not rocket science) then you can do it yourself.

The fact that they have reached 100% capacity must mean something though.
