Contact form without scripts

Hello, Anyone knows how can I put an contact form inside my website without installing scripts? Something like a HTML code or something? ( I'm a newbie webmaster ) Thank you!

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
