    Unfortunately there's really not a good solution to creating an app that would actually make cash, without knowing how to code. If you don't want to learn to code -- why not think about outsourcing it? Your business plan sounds good, though.

    I wouldn't invest my entire bankroll in one campaign. Affiliate Marketing just doesn't work like that. 75% of your campaigns will lose money. The remaining 25% make up for that.

    Tell them you run paid advertising with custom landing pages. That's what I did when I started, no problems.

    Getting banned from CPA Networks

    If you're doing something a little shady, generally you're going to get your payment blocked, rather than being banned. If it's something that could get them in a 'lot' of trouble - you'll be banned.
