Something tells me there is a market for a more comprehensive dashboard. Analytics is one thing but how much content has been produced in words, pages, what about subscribers. Even Google Analytics doesn't paint a complete picture.
You can take it a step further and look into DeFi although keep in mind there are a lot of rugpulls happening there. You could argue that some exchanges are not safe either from this so choose your exchange wisely.
If 10% of your affiliates are 90% of your business, what are you doing to reward the bottom 90% to get them activated in anyway? Perhaps you might want to find ways of over paying this group to do something out of their comfort zone like publishing more content about your products. Everyone...

The real question is how are you currently recruiting affiliates? How do we know if you are sending out emails or are you doing any networking in the igaming space with events?
