Only you can decide how much the domain is 'worth' as it is you that wants it. But ultimately that does seem a bit steep when you could play around with different words to get a similar result. Get creative and try something like b-psychiatrist . com etc.

GoDaddy are good, and they have decent services to prevent domain theft/loss. I personally would go with them - it's who i'm with!
