    There are some offers in the US which are GEO restricted. People outside the US can't access the offer. They are so restrictive, that even most US based VPNs cant access the offer. Any idea on how to make sure the offer can be seen in multiple locations within the US without using a VPN? JH

    Sadly, many Ad Networks dont have all the tokens that they target. Many don't have tokens for categories and their sub categories or channels or wifi/carrier split etc... Yet, they offer that as a targeting option. Here is the response from StartApp when I emailed them about this problem...
