We need leads for B2C

I run an insurance company and we currently do high volume PPC. We are currently generate 1000+ leads a day and need to get to 2000. We are looking for a strategic partner that, "has been there before". We have never done anything other than PPC and am not interested in learning at this point...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
